Note:
**Commission structures apply under employment agreements and differ from rent-a-chair contractor terms.

Hybrid Chair Rental + Commission
Ideal for established stylists.
Chair Rental
* $140 per week (1 dedicated day per week).
* Keep 100% of your service income earned on your chair rental day.
* Work additional days on commission without paying additional chair rental.
Additional Commission Days
Your Own Clients
* 50% to the stylist and * 50% to Crown Collective Hair.
Crown Collective Hair Clients
* 50% to the stylist and * 50% to Crown Collective Hair.
PLUS earn 15% on hair extensions and product sales

Commission Only
Perfect for stylists growing their clientele. Suitable for stylists who prefer not to rent a chair.
No weekly chair rental required.

As your business grows, you have the opportunity to transition into the Hybrid Chair Rental model and enjoy the additional benefits available exclusively to Hybrid stylists.

Mentorship & Support Program(+GST)
Designed by Josie Ajak, this program provides hands-on guidance in braids, dreadlocks & human-hair extensions - focusing on skill expansion, business growth & client retention.

for established braiders & hairstylists seeking steady, flexible work that compliments their other creative projects.

wanting to learn or upskill in braids, dreadlocks, or human hair extensions. Stylists must have their own clientele and an existing foundation in hair styling.
• Mentorship + Support add-on
is encouraged for those pursuing professional growth under Josie Ajak’s guidance.

for stylists and educators who want to work independently while being part of a collective that supports mastery, creativity & community.
general terms

Bond: One week’s rent.

Deposit (Space Hire): 50 % non-refundable within 14 days of booking.

Cancellations: 14 days = 50 % fee | 7 days = 100 %.

Insurance: Public liability required for trainers and freelancers.
